Sephora Eyelash Curlers

I’ll admit it- I’m a sucker for bright, shiny, brightly colored accessories. So, when shopping for an affordable eyelash curler to take to Long Island for the weekend, my eyes immediately fell to this lovely one from the Sephora Collection.

Smashbox Brow Tech To Go

I don’t know about you ladies, but the last thing I want to be futzing with when I could be lying on a white sandy beach with a Mai Tai in my hand is my eyebrows. Other hand: Who wants to be seen on said white sandy beach with patchy, anorexic brows?

Dare I say my high maintenance days are over? (Hear me out…) The last time I traveled I only packed ONE concealer, instead of what i usually do, which is one for my undereye circles and one for my blemishes. YSL’s Anti Cernes Multi Action Concealer is a powerhouse that somehow manages to be creamy enough to look natural under the eyes and pigmented enough to cover imperfections on the face.

Double Wear Zero-Smudge Lengthening Mascara

Estee Lauder Double Wear Zero Smudge Lengthening Mascara makes some lofty claims. Zero smudges? Well, this gal with the oily eyelids will always have a teeny bit o’ smudge.

RevitaLift Triple Power Eye Treatment

L’oreal Revitalift Triple Power Eye Treatment won’t change games. I was disappointed because I was SO TOTALLY SEDUCED by that fancy silver tip. It felt wonderful, and was totally hydrating, but these dark circles might need quadruple power. Absolutely no difference seen.

Did Lancôme Bi-Facil (oy, what a name!) take all of my mascara and that unsightly burgundy ring that was starting to form around my inner lip away at the end of the night? YEP! Did I love the way my skin felt afterward? NOPE!!

MAC Eye Kohl

*PW Hall of Fame Alert*!!! MAC’s Eye Kohl is the equivalent of the little black dress– (only better–indulge in deep dish and beer at 4am and it still fits like a glove 😉 — it’s classy, and looks great with everything.

NARS Soft Touch Shadow Pencil

What my inner Product Whore said when seeing these bright and sparkly Shadow Pencils from Nars: “Need. All. The. Colors. Now.” What the (semi)-sensible Product Whore actually DID? Bought ONE, in Goddess (yup). It looked REALLY good for an hour, SORTA good for 3 hours, and non-existent for 6 hours. Amazing color selection, but unless you have the energy to reapply throughout the day, I’d move it along, gals.

Stila Convertible Eye Color

I think Stila designed Convertible Eye Color just for me– meaning one who’s clumsy, lazy…but loves to look fab in a hurry 😉 This is virtually fool-proof, even when you make a mistake (which I have, often) and smudge a bunch, it STILL looks great. It only comes in a few colors, so it was only fair that I bought all of them. 🙂

Sephora Collection Nano Eyeliner

I wanted a black eyeliner. No, white. No, gold. No… green. I floated through the aisles of Sephora until I landed in front of my version of heaven- the Nano Eyeliners from the Sephora Collection, in every color a PW could ever dream of- all for 5 dollars each!
